Persuasive Writing Language Features

Rhetorical Question
     - is a question someone asks without expecting an answer. The question might now have an                   answer, or it might have an obvious answer.

Example: Can we do better next time?

Imperative
     - is a grammatical mood that forms a command or request

       Example: Shut your mouth!

Emotive Language
     - is a word choice that is used to evoke emotion.

Example: The company is trying to destroy the salary of its employees.

Anecdote
     - is a brief, revealing account of an individual person or an incident.

Example: Before letting them leave from the guild, the master told them the 3 golden principles
that they should follow for the rest of their lives

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something thoughtful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
